If you can and have:

• 1+ years experience in the HR position
• Experience in the field of business administration, event management or related areas
• Organizational and management skills
• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian + English level B1
• Mastery of employee evaluation methods
• Skills for conflict resolution (conflict management)
• Initiative, ability to negotiate, attention to details, ability to plan your time, react calmly for stressful situations, high communication skills

Great if you have experience working in IT companies or Digital agencies. You live in Lviv and can visit the office.

Your duties will be:

• Support and development of recruitment processes in accordance with the market and needs of the company
• Conducting interviews
• Onboarding/offboarding employees
• Keeping HR documentation
• Briefing employees
• Conducting 1:1
• Maintaining the emotional temperature in the office and among colleagues
• Help in the organization of internal courses
• Organization of qualification reviews
• Formation and implementation processes
• Forming and conducting employee surveys
