Work Schedule: Flexible hours, aligning with team needs and meetings

YOUR IMPACT:

Manage all changes in the life cycle of employees in the IT department (onboarding, performance management,
offboarding).
Oversee Peer & Performance Review Life Cycle management.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand their needs, address concerns, and support their
professional development.
Handle recruitment for different roles within the organization.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to identify internal staffing needs and requirements,
providing continuous support throughout the hiring process.
Required work experience of 2 years
