Requirements: Atleast two years ofworking experience inHR management Previous experience asanHR manager inanIT company (would beaplus) Good knowledge ofHR functions, methods, and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree inPsychology/Sociology/Management orsimilar field Level ofEnglish: Intermediate strong (higher level would beaplus) Responsibilities: Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel Assisting inthe development and implementation ofpersonnel policies and procedures Organization and holding ofthe general onboarding ofnew specialists inthe company Planning, organizing, and conducting employees’ performance appraisals according tothe determined procedures and deadlines Informing and consulting employees about the social and remuneration policies ofthe company Conducting internal surveys togather employee feedback and identify areas ofimprovement Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects Organization ofcorporate events/activities Weoffer: Opportunity for career and professional growth.
