Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role 2+ years
• English — B2 (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What will do:

• Develop and manage recruitment strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Address employee relations issues and handle conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management, including reviews and improvement plans.
• Identify training needs, deliver programs and support career development.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Develop HR strategies, analyze metrics, and lead HR projects.
