Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role 2+ years
- English — B2 (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What will do:
- Develop and manage recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs.
- Address employee relations issues and handle conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management, including reviews and improvement plans.
- Identify training needs, deliver programs and support career development.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Develop HR strategies, analyze metrics, and lead HR projects.
