Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position for 6 months or more
- Experience in working with various resources for recruitment
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Experience in building HR processes li>
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Organization and implementation of a complete recruitment cycle in accordance with the requirements of the vacancy. Conducting interviews with candidates.
- Maintaining a general database of candidates by position, forming a personnel reserve.
- Support in personnel adaptation. Communicating with new hires, mentors, and supervisors regarding the quality of onboarding processes for each employee.
- Support/conduct of mandatory certification of a new employee based on the results of the probationary period.
- Participation in the organization of corporate events and in the implementation of projects.
- Work with employees, their development and promotion of professional level improvement.
- Setting up HR processes and functions in accordance with the current needs of the company and with the aim of its development to achieve strategic goals.
- Facilitating and making proposals for solving difficulties in matters related to work with personnel and areas of responsibility in the position.
