What needs to be done:

Posting information about open vacancies on the Internet resources;

• Resume search and analysis of incoming resumes;
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews; (staff of various levels);
• Organization of interviews of candidates with heads of units;
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Adaptation of new employees, control of probationary period;
• Interaction with partner banks, opening of salary cards for new employees;
• Introduction of personnel documentation as necessary.
