Hr manager in YaROSLAV I K, PF

We invite to the team a HR manager who will help to form a strong team and develop HR processes.

Main duties:

• Full cycle of personnel selection (from the application to the exit of the candidate);
• Search for candidates through various channels (job-sites, recommendations);
• Conducting telephone and online interviews;
• Organizing interviews with department heads;
• Supporting candidates at all stages of selection;
• Managing the candidate database and reporting.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a recruiter/ hr manager (will be an advantage);
• Ability to work with various search channels;
• Communication and orientation to result;
• High level of self-organization;
• Confident PC user.

• Salary: from UAH 45,000
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:00 (work in the office, not online);
