  • has successful experience as a HR Manager / People Partner
  • understands business processes, KPIs and is able to transform business goals into HR solutions
  • has expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development

  • is able to build a culture of regular feedback, 1:1 and employee development

In this role, you will:?

  • support the full employee lifecycle: from hiring to employee development and retention
  • develop and maintain a strong corporate culture, engagement and healthy work atmosphere
  • together with the recruiter, ensure timely and high-quality staffing of the team
  • develop the processes of adaptation, performance review, training and succession planning
  • form a personnel reserve and support the development of internal talents
  • order and scale HR processes according to the stage of company growth
  • develop and implement HR policies, regulations, standards and people practices
  • analyze HR metrics and influence retention, productivity and team effectiveness
