- has successful experience as a HR Manager / People Partner
- understands business processes, KPIs and is able to transform business goals into HR solutions
- has expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development
- is able to work with managers as a partner and consultant
- has a high level of communication, self-organization and prioritization
- is able to build a culture of regular feedback, 1:1 and employee development
- thinks systematically and is focused on measurable results
In this role, you will:?
- support the full employee lifecycle: from hiring to employee development and retention
- develop and maintain a strong corporate culture, engagement and healthy work atmosphere
- together with the recruiter, ensure timely and high-quality staffing of the team
- develop the processes of adaptation, performance review, training and succession planning
- form a personnel reserve and support the development of internal talents
- order and scale HR processes according to the stage of company growth
- develop and implement HR policies, regulations, standards and people practices
- analyze HR metrics and influence retention, productivity and team effectiveness
