HR manager in ALYuPRO™

A trading and manufacturing company that has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2000, one of the leaders in the field of production and sale of aluminum profiles, invites to the team a HR manager who will help form a strong team and develop HR processes.

Main responsibilities:

Full recruitment cycle (from application to candidate exit);
Search for candidates through various channels (job sites, LinkedIn, recommendations);
Conducting telephone and online interviews;
Organizing interviews with department heads;
Supporting candidates at all stages of selection;
Maintenance of the candidate database and reporting.

Candidate requirements:

Experience as a recruiter of 2 years (will be an advantage);
Ability to work with various channels search;
Communicative and result-oriented;
High level of self-organization;
A confident PC user (Google Docs, Excel, HR systems will be an advantage).
