HR manager in Reklamniy Tekstil

The company "Advertising Textiles" - a manufacturer of corporate clothing and souvenir textile products - invites an experienced recruiter to its team, who will help us find and attract the best specialists for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of line personnel and managers of various levels (full cycle of recruiting).

• Formation and implementation of the HR strategy of divisions in cooperation with managers.

• Organization and support the process of adapting new employees, monitoring the completion of the trial period.

• Participation in the development and implementation of HR procedures and company policies.

• Working with internal communications and maintaining a positive climate in the team.

• Consulting managers on issues of personnel management, motivation and development teams.

• Participation in the formation of the system of motivation and staff retention.

• Analysis of the labor market, salary levels and HR trends.

• Conducting HR analytics and reporting.

• Participation in the organization of corporate events and initiatives for the development of corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR from 2 years (recruiting experience is mandatory).

• Practical experience of the full cycle of recruitment of various levels.

• Understanding the main HR processes: adaptation, assessment, development, motivation of personnel.

• Experience in the implementation or optimization of HR procedures will be an advantage.

• Developed organizational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking mode.

• High level of emotional intelligence, responsibility and proactivity.

• Work schedule: 5/2, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
