HR manager in KOMPAS, Navchalniy centr

We are Compass, a modern training center in Lviv. For over 14 years we have been helping people develop through English, Maths and Education programs. And for our recruiters, we do the same: we support, train and give space for development

What will you do:

• find and invite candidates for open positions
• conduct interviews and tests, help candidates feel confidently
• accompany candidates at all stages of selection
• manage several vacancies at the same time (2-3)
• generate ideas where and how to find cool people for the team
