The company "AGENCY OF NATIONAL UNITY" LLC is looking for a candidate for the position of HR Manager in the city of Kyiv.

Tasks:

• Maintenance of the full cycle of accounting: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, registration of orders, work books, personal files, work contracts.
• Planning and organization of the recruitment process
• Ensuring compliance of the company's actions with the labor legislation of Ukraine, registration of holidays, sick leave and vacation schedules
• Preparation of statistical, tax reporting and reporting to the Pension Fund

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• Higher education in psychology, HR or a related field
• Ability to work in a team and negotiate
• High communication skills and decision-making skills
