Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and selection of personnel;

- Organization and conducting of interviews;

- Personnel management documentation;

- Development and implementation of personnel training and development programs;

- Consulting employees on personnel issues.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position of 2 years or more;

- Higher education in the field of personnel management;

- High communication skills;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment jobs;

- Knowledge of labor legislation.
