Functional responsibilities:

• search and recruitment: posting ads on job portals, actively searching for candidates in social networks;
• consulting line managers on operational of HR processes, procedures and policies;
• participation in the process of salary review, monitoring of the labor market;
• participation in the process of passing trial periods and adaptation of new employees;
• maintenance of the internal database of candidates;
• conducting an exit interview;
• participation in the formation of the HR brand of the company and in other projects of the HR department.
