In your area of responsibility in this position:

• active search and selection of personnel for various positions
• conducting interviews, evaluating candidates
• attracting new candidates in social networks
• working with the existing IT-Enterprise ERP system and CleverStaff CRM system
• designing and maintaining documents in Google Suite
• involvement in digitization of recruiting, implementation of modern tools, analytics, automation
• support for registration of new employees according to requirements
• adaptation of company employees
• preparation of reports upon request
• cooperation with universities

• participation in eventson the development of the employer brand
