What tasks await you:
- Search and selection of candidates of various levels, conducting interviews.
- Preparation and publication of vacancies, interaction with managers regarding requirements and selection.
- Supporting candidates at all stages before starting work.
- Organization and control of adaptation of new employees.
- Maintenance of HR data in internal systems, participation in HR processes.
- Support of internal communications and HR initiatives.
- Preparation of reports and participation in the improvement of HR processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of HR from 3 years;
- Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle;
- Experience in conducting interviews, mastering candidate evaluation techniques;
- Confident use of modern search sources;
- Communicability, flexibility in communicating with different types of candidates and customers;
- Result orientation, ability to work with deadlines;
- High level of self-organization, priority management skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with recruitment automation systems (ATS);
- Participation in HR projects or initiatives to improve recruiting processes.
