From the moment of its foundation to the present day, our company occupies a leading position in the production of rubber mats, dirt cleaning systems, rubber sleeves and other products made of rubber and plastic. The products of our factory are actively supplied to retail and wholesale trade networks in Ukraine, as well as exported abroad.

- have experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- is a confident PC user (MS office, Google documents);

What will be your tasks:
- Full recruitment cycle (working specialties, middle level, top management) from developing a candidate portrait and posting a vacancy to preparing a job offer (60-70% of working time).
- Development of adaptation programs and monitoring their compliance.
- HR analytics (staff turnover, reasons for dismissal, labor market monitoring, etc.). accounting of the enterprise, the task of the HR manager is to follow changes in labor legislation, to help the personnel officer in the event of a large influx of work, to replace the personnel officer during his absence.
- To resolve operational issues related to the HR function.
- Entering military records, booking employees, to monitor changes in legislation.
