Key responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting (from the brief to the offer and exit of the candidate).
• Formation and management of the personnel reserve.
• Organization and support of the onboarding of new employees.
• Conducting exit interviews, collection and primary analysis of the reasons for dismissals.
• Working with students: organization and support of internships, coordination of student selection, distribution between departments, onboarding and administrative support (in part).

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.
• Understanding of recruiting and the employee life cycle.
• Ability to collect and structure information.
• Fluency in Microsoft 365, Teams.
• Skills in business correspondence.
• Desire to develop in the field HR.
