HR manager in TOV "MEGATRON FUD KOMPANI"

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment of personnel (managers, staff, administrative staff)

• Posting vacancies and working with job-platforms

• Conducting initial interviews

• Organizing the departure of employees to work

• Adaptation of new employees

• Management personnel documentation (contracts, accounting)

• Control of discipline and internal processes

Requirements:

• Experience in personnel selection from 1 year (preferred)

• Understanding the basics of labor legislation of Ukraine

• Responsibility and organization

• Communication, ability to conduct interviews

• PC skills (Google Docs, Excel)
