HR manager in Net.Hunters

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager / HR Business Partner from 3 years (preferably in production, engineering or technological company)
• Practical experience of building an HR system "from scratch"
• Deep understanding of areas: adaptation, development, evaluation, compensation, culture
• Facilitation skills, conducting complex negotiations, crisis communications, ability to think strategically
• Education: higher (preferably psychology / management / personnel management)

2. Team development and corporate culture

• Creating a strong corporate identity that unites the production, engineering and administrative parts of the company.
• Working with the level of engagement, trust and retention of key specialists.

3. Training, assessment and development

• Implementation of the performance evaluation system (KPI / OKR).
• Organization of corporate training programs

4. Organizational structure and analytics

• Optimization of the organizational structure: functional roles, reporting, responsibility.
• HR analytics (including indicators of staff turnover, engagement).
