HR Manager in Budmarket Korzina, TOV

Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a responsible and communicative HR Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Mass and spot recruitment of personnel (sales managers, consultants, operators, administrators);
• Assistance with the adaptation of new employees;
• Control of training and probation term;
• Maintenance of the candidate database and recruitment reporting;
• Participation in the development of motivational programs for personnel;
• Maintenance of corporate service standards.

Requirements:

• Work experience is welcome, but not mandatory;
• Sufficient communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability quickly evaluate candidates;
• Resistance to stress and result orientation;
• High level of self-organization;
• Responsibility and attention to detail;
• Willingness to work at a fast pace.
