HR manager in Bolena, fabrika vikon

• you know how to systematize work processes and bring things to an end;

What will you do:

1. search and selection of personnel: from receiving a job application to starting work;
2. monitor the passage of the probationary period of new employees, carry out adaptation measures;
3. conduct work with personnel:
• fill in weekly HR reports;
• form a personnel reserve;
• participate in the organization of corporate events, monitor birthdays and congratulation of employees;

4. to carry out the instructions of the manager (within the limits of his competence).
