Tasks:
- Conducting the search, selection and recruitment of personnel;
- Organization of the process of training and development of personnel;
- Implementation of adaptation of new employees;
- Support and development of corporate culture;
- Resolution of conflict situations and support of employees.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar position from 2 years;
- Higher education in the field of personnel management or psychology;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions;
- Responsibility and organization.
