HR / Recruiter (mass recruitment, Ukraine)

The company ROOH - a city transport service - is expanding and is looking for an HR / recruiter who will take over the mass recruitment of personnel in Ukraine.

The main task

Close up to 80 vacancies in different cities of Ukraine:

• drivers
• runners
• mechanics
• Other auxiliary vacancies

Responsibilities

The full cycle of recruiting: from the vacancy to the candidate leaving for work.

Mass selection of line personnel in the regions of Ukraine.

Posting vacancies on platforms, in social networks and Telegram channels.

Resume screening and initial interviews (online/telephone).

  Communication with heads of departments.

  Maintaining a candidate database (table / CRM).

  Candidate exit control and minimal adaptation.

Requirements

  Experience in recruiting from 1 year (preferably mass recruitment).

Understanding of selection of line personnel (drivers, technical specialties).

Ability to work with a large flow of candidates.

Systematic, responsible, fast communication.

Experience working with Work.ua / Robota.ua / social networks - plus.
