What needs to be done:
- Close vacancies (salespeople, warehouse, production, etc.)
- Actively search for candidates (job sites, social networks, messengers, recommendations)
- Conduct telephone and online interviews
- Accompany candidates from the first contact to starting a job
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment reports
- Closely interact with managers units
Our expectations:
- Experience in recruiting / mass selection - will be an advantage (but we can teach)
- Communication and the ability to quickly find contact with people
- Willingness to work with a large volume of vacancies
