What needs to be done:

• Close vacancies (salespeople, warehouse, production, etc.)
• Actively search for candidates (job sites, social networks, messengers, recommendations)
• Conduct telephone and online interviews
• Accompany candidates from the first contact to starting a job
• Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment reports
• Closely interact with managers units

 Our expectations:

• Experience in recruiting / mass selection - will be an advantage (but we can teach)
• Communication and the ability to quickly find contact with people
• Willingness to work with a large volume of vacancies
• Organized, responsible, result-oriented
• A confident user of PC, messengers, job portals
