We are opening a vacancy for the position of HR manager and invite you, an energetic and effective manager, to the friendly MK:Group team (Ukrainian MK:translations and international Localica.io brands).
Taking a position among the TOP-3 best translation companies in the country, we help companies enter the international market and make their product available. The main mission of the company is business without borders, and therefore we provide the opportunity to choose the best.
At the same time, we actively help the Armed Forces and close meetings to bring our victory closer!

The team includes 35 professionals who work like bees remotely and in the office, and more than 1,000 freelancers from around the world who help implement projects.
>full recruitment cycle: from job profile to offer;
onboarding and adaptation of new colleagues;
participation in employment and onboarding of employees;
development of HR processes (policies, regulations, flow);
participation in forming the culture of communication in the company;
partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
experience in closing non-tech vacancies;
understanding of the labor legislation of Ukraine or willingness to understand it quickly;
ability to build processes and bring them to a result;
strong communication skills and systematization;
English at the B1+ level.
