Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the distribution, manufacturing, sales, FMCG market
Understanding the full cycle of work with an employee - from search to dismissal
Ability to work with department heads in the role of HRBP
Experience in organizing and conducting performance evaluations, competency evaluations, 360 feedback, 1:1
Understanding the requirements of legislation and experience in personnel work
Ability to maintain a comfortable culture of communication in the organization
Employee support cycle Employee selection, adaptation support Employee and supervisors' consultation of compensations Cooperation with management to ensure compliance of the cooperative culture with the company's values Personnel administration (30 employees, without the obligation to conduct HR) Personal maturity, ability to support people in difficult situations Cross-functional communication Ability to work for the organization as a whole, not only for one's own result Ability to plan own work and carry out processes according to the plan
