HR Generalist
Work with line and middle positions.Methodological work: development and implementation of job instructions, regulations, work standards and motivation systems (KPI) for different departments.
Adaptation: support of new employees during the trial period, workplace organization and familiarization with corporate rules.
Corporate culture: organization of internal events, professional holidays and greetings. Monitoring the level of team satisfaction (eNPS) and conducting 1:1 meetings.
Administration: managing the candidate database in Google sheets, coordinating external staff training and preparing HR reports.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience as an HR Generalist or HR manager from 2 years.
Mandatory experience in the development of HR documentation: job descriptions, department regulations and descriptions of business processes.
Understanding the principles of building KPI systems and personnel evaluation.
Confident mastery of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and services for graphic design (for example, Canva).
