Requirements:

• higher education
• work experience in HR from 1 year
• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine
• fluency in the Ukrainian language
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage
• experience working in government institutions will be an advantage

Working conditions:

• work in Kyiv
• Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• official employment according to KZpP (full social package)
• the facility has a bomb shelter

Duties:

• recruitment of personnel of various levels
• preliminary screening of candidate resumes, telephone interviews and coordination of interviews
• maintenance of the candidate database, formation and development of the personnel reserve
• preparation and maintenance of analytical reporting on personnel selection and employment processes
• keeping a time sheet
• preparation of information on temporary incapacity of employees
• preparation and formation of regulations and job instructions
• preparation of draft orders according to the department's field of activity
