We are waiting for you if you:
- Have work experience in HR, internal communications or employer branding (from 2 years)
- You write and create content in Ukrainian perfectly
- You know how social networks work and understand digital trends
- You know how to work in Canva, CapCut/InShot (or are ready to learn quickly)
- You have organizational skills and like to work with people
- You are not afraid to experiment and try new formats
- You understand what employee advocacy and employer branding are
It will be an advantage if you have:
- Experience in managing corporate channels or social networks
- Knowledge of the English language (for working with LinkedIn)
- Experience in organizing mass events
- Understanding the specifics of the sports industry
- Skills in video editing and graphic design
You will:
Development and training of personnel (30%)
- You will analyze the training needs of the team and create programs that actually work
- You will organize trainings, workshops and programs mentoring
- You will manage the LMS and evaluate training effectiveness
- You will help newcomers to quickly adapt to club life
Formation of corporate culture (25%)
- You will create bright corporate events: from team buildings to Family Day
- You will organize children's parties for employees' families
- You will develop wellness programs and social initiatives
- You will build a system for recognizing team achievements
Building internal communication (20%)
- You will manage the Telegram channel "Metalist 1925 Family" - the main voice of the club for employees
- You will create content that is read: from news to colleagues' success stories
- You will come up with columns such as "Rookie of the Week" and "For behind the scenes"
- You will congratulate each employee on special days
- You will launch challenges and interactives in the channel
Digital Engagement (20%)
- You will develop employee advocacy on LinkedIn - you will train colleagues to be ambassadors brand
- Collect reels and stories from employees from matches and events
- Create employee stories that inspire
- Analyze digital engagement and motivate active employees
Analytics (5%)
- You will monitor engagement metrics (eNPS, engagement score)
- You will prepare reports for management with specific recommendations
