Today, our Dnipro regional division in the team Human Resources Manager is needed.
What will need to be done?
- Search and recruit personnel for open vacancies (sales representatives, stock pickers, drivers, office staff);
- Coordinate the adaptation of new employees;
- Maintain a database on recruiting, reasons for dismissals, sources of closing vacancies, etc.;
- Monitor the labor market;
- Analyze the effectiveness of sources of attracting candidates;
- Participate in the organization and conduct of training events personnel;
- Participate in other projects of the personnel department;
- Participate in the organization of corporate events;
- Other tasks.
