Right now, we are looking for an HR manager who will take care of the success and development of our teams of warehouse employees.

We are leaders in personnel management, so if there is a desire to learn or improve your leadership skills, this is a great opportunity.

Your duties:

• Organize the departure of the company's employees to the client's facility to perform the stipulated works in a timely manner and in full;
• Carry out adaptation measures for new employees;
• Meet with employees at customer sites to improve communication;
• Continuously monitor the social and psychological atmosphere among employees, conduct motivational talks with employees to improve their moral and psychological state;
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly documentary records of completed work, properly prepared.

Please note: you will work only with the existing staff, and qualified recruiters are engaged in the search for us.
