Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience
• Understanding of Job - platforms, social networks and alternative search sources
• Experience sourcing and evaluation
• Practical knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and military accounting rules (preferred).
• Experience in managing personnel records (personal files, orders, reports).
• Confident PC user: 1C, MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Responsibility, attention to details, ability to work in a schedule multitasking.
• Orientation on the result

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of personnel documentation:

• Formation personal affairs
• Registration of admission and dismissal for work
• Maintenance of sick leave and vacations
• Formation of personal affairs
• Filing of reports

Recruiting

• Search and selection of candidates for vacant store and office positions
• Posting vacancies on job sites
• Using alternative personnel search channels (social networks, internal recommendations, etc.)
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Onboarding and adaptation of new employees
• Analysis and reporting on hiring employees
• Labor market monitoring
