Your tasks will be:

• Selection and timely closing vacancies;
• Compilation of job profiles;
• Participation in the adaptation of new employees;
• Support of the employee life cycle in the company (Onboarding, Adaptation, 1:1, Exit Interview);
• Salary cuts on the labor market;
• Participation in closing the probationary period of employees;
• Maintenance of corporate culture companies;
• Participation in personnel evaluation as needed;
• Participation in HR development of the brand.
