Invites to the team an HR manager who knows how to work with people and build effective HR processes.

Responsibilities:

- Full cycle of personnel selection (labor specialties, office positions);

- Creation and placement of vacancies, conducting interviews;

- Adaptation of new employees, support during the trial period;

- Keeping personnel documentation;

- Monitoring the labor market and wages;

- Participation in the formation of corporate culture;

- Work with motivation and staff retention;

- Interaction with department heads.

Requirements:

- Experience as an HR manager / recruiter from 1 year (experience in the construction field is an advantage);

- Understanding of the specifics of the selection of worker specialties;

- Confident command of modern recruiting tools;

- Communication skills, organization, responsibility;

- Ability to work with a large amount of information;

- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine will be an advantage.
