Main duties:

• Search and selection of personnel for various departments

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

• Maintaining personnel documentation

• Adaptation of new employees and support for their development

• Interaction with department heads to ensure personnel needs

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in HR will be advantage, but not mandatory

• Ability to work effectively with people

• Organized and ability to work with large amounts of information

• Desire to develop in the field of personnel management
