TUFISHOP is a space of professional cosmetics, where more than 70,000 products for beauty specialists are collected. We work both online, through an online store, and offline - in stores in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine.

Our team has been working every day for more than 14 years to provide customers with quality service and products. Among our regular customers are manicurists, cosmetologists, makeup artists, lash makers and other beauty industry professionals.

We are now opening a vacancy for the position: HR manager

We are looking for:

• Willingness to learn, improve their skills and implement modern approaches to work with personnel.
• Experience in recruiting from 1

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of department performance, development of motivational systems
• Participation at departmental meetings and maintaining a positive psychological climate in the team.
• Conducting individual interviews (1:1) and collecting feedback.
• Analyzing the labor market, tracking trends and salary expectations.
• Organizing the recruitment process: searching for candidates, conducting interviews, forming a personnel reserve.
• Adapting new employees: training documents, providing access, support at all stages of adaptation.
