About the company

"Grand Line Service" LLC in connection with the company's development and staff expansion invites an HR manager to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel selection (labor and office specialties)

• Posting vacancies on employment sites ( Robota.ua etc.)

• Primary selection of resumes and conducting interviews

• Assistance of candidates during the adaptation phase

• Interaction with department heads regarding personnel needs

• Formation of personnel reserve

• Participation in improving HR processes company

Terms:

• Kyiv, Poshtova Ploshcha
• Salary: rate 25,000 UAH + bonuses
• Working schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00
• Lunch hour and half an hour break

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager or recruiter is desirable

• Understanding the processes of personnel selection and adaptation

• Ability to work with different categories of personnel

• Communication, responsibility, organization

• Experience with job sites will be an advantage.
