We invite to the team an HR manager who is interested in working with personnel and developing internal HR processes in a stable company.

Main duties:

• Recruitment, conducting online interviews

• Participation in formation and support of corporate culture

• Development and implementation of employee adaptation and motivation programs

• Interaction with department heads to effectively close vacancies

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in HR or recruiting will be an advantage, but not required mandatory

• Confident use of Google Docs, Excel and CRM systems

• Competent oral and written language, communication skills

• Responsibility, initiative and desire to develop in the HR direction
