Responsibilities:

• Formation of job descriptions and publication of vacancies on job search platforms;
• Processing candidate reviews for vacancies, searching for candidates through job sites and non-standard channels;
• Conducting interviews;
• Adaptation of new employees;
• Keeping staff recruitment statistics and forming a personnel reserve.
