Main responsibilities include::

• monitoring of the labor market and wages;
• analysis of effective personnel search channels;
• selection, hiring (quality closing of vacancies);
• adaptation of new employees during the probationary period; (Successful induction of a new employee in accordance with the adaptation plan); as well as control of their implementation;
• development and implementation of corporate policy;
• implementation of staff training and retraining measures;
• motivational measures;
• organization of corporate events.;
• building of corporate culture.
