Your duties:
- Search and attraction of candidates:
- Posting vacancies on job portals
- Active search for candidates (databases, Telegram channels, social networks)
- Mailings and attraction through various channels
- Conducting interviews:
- Preliminary calls and correspondence with candidates
- Face-to-face interviews in the office
- Assessment of candidates and decision-making
- Closing vacancies:
- Supporting candidates at all stages (from the first contact to starting a job)
- Convincing and motivating candidates
- Working with refusals and objections
!!! REQUIREMENTS !!!:
- Experience of working as an HR manager from 2 months in the field of "offices"
- Ability to close vacancies quickly and efficiently
- Ability to convince know how to close the candidate's objections
- Skills for conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Independence and responsibility - you plan and execute them yourself
