Requirements:

• Owning modern approaches to personnel search;
• Ability to work with people, easily find a common language with new employees;

• Responsibility, initiative, good organizational skills;

• Ability to create a friendly atmosphere in the team.

Working conditions:

• Comfortable office, modern equipment, well-equipped workplace;

• Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 18:00;

• Friendly team;

• Regular events, gifts for employees, support in initiatives.

Duties:

• Full cycle of recruiting: placement of vacancies, search for candidates, conducting interviews, support;
• Organization of onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Development of corporate culture and organization of internal events;
• Constant improvement of internal communication.
