In touch with the expansion of the recruitment department, we invite to our team a PERSONNEL MANAGER.

What tasks will you solve:

• creating vacancies and placing them on employment websites and in all sources of personnel search;
• search and selection of personnel for new and operating outlets and offices;
• conducting initial interviews;
• analysis of interview results;
• keeping an electronic resume database;
• monitoring the labor market;
• compiling reports on recruitment dynamics;
• preparing a package of documents for employees;
• supporting adaptation processes.

What is needed to join us:

• experience in recruiting (preferably in a trading company);
• experience in closing various vacancies (line staff, office staff);
• know and effectively use different sources of candidate search;
• higher education (preferably psychology);
• confidently own a PC: Word, Excel, 1C (preferred);
• show activity and initiative at work;
• be able to learn quickly and delve into new processes;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;
• communicative, analytical thinking, systematicity, responsibility, punctuality, hard work.
