Today, it is important for our client, a company in the field of international logistics, to strengthen the HR Manager team.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in the HR field as an HR manager from 2 years
• Experience in the development and implementation of HR tools. Deep understanding of modern HR practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a large amount of information. Communicability, responsibility and ability to make decisions.

Develop a culture focused on growth and trust. 
• Work with own team (the team consists of 14 HR PP).
• Form new solutions in Talent, Performance, L&D.

• Work in a modern and comfortable office in the city of Kyiv (Shulyavska). Once a week there is an opportunity to take a remote day and work from home.
• Working hours: 9.00-18.00, Mon.-Fri.
• Rest on national holidays of Ukraine.
