The Snack Production company is the largest national association of trade and production enterprises (TM Flint, Khutorok, Morski, San Sanych, Big Bob, Chipster's, Zeffir), which maintains the leadership in its segment and successfully carries out its activities in Ukraine and abroad, invites to its teamproduction personnel manager.

Which candidate are we looking for?

• Previous work experience as a recruiter, personnel manager from the 1st year (preferably mass recruitment).
• Proficiency in modern personnel search methods, understanding of the labor market situation in the region.
• Confident use of a PC (MS Office), 1C - preferably.
• Resistance to stress, initiative, sociability, multitasking.

What do you need to do?

• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies at various levels.
• Monitoring of the employment market.
• Organization and conducting of interviews.
• Development and implementation of new channels for attracting candidates.
• Formation of the company's personnel reserve.
• Organization of timely documentary records of personnel, including the time sheet.
• Preparation of reports on completed tasks.
