- experience in the position of HR manager/recruiter from 1-2 years;
- understanding of the processes and basic tools of recruitment, adaptation, motivation and development of personnel;
- experience in personnel administration (will an advantage);

Your main tasks:
- full cycle of recruiting: from the formation of job profiles to the successful onboarding of new employees;
- adaptation of new employees and support for their first months of work;
- participation in the formation and development of corporate culture;
- participation in the creation and updating of HR policies, documents, internal procedures;
- participation in the construction of personnel motivation and evaluation systems;
- organization of internal communications.
