What is important for us:

• experience in the position of HR manager/recruiter from 1-2 years;
• understanding of the processes and basic tools of recruitment, adaptation, motivation and development of personnel;
• experience in personnel administration (will an advantage);
• experience in the selection of technical personnel (will be an advantage).

Your main tasks:

• full cycle of recruiting: from the formation of job profiles to the successful onboarding of new employees;
• adaptation of new employees and support for their first months of work;
• participation in the formation and development of corporate culture;
• participation in the creation and updating of HR policies, documents, internal procedures;
• participation in the construction of personnel motivation and evaluation systems;
• organization of internal communications.
