HR manager in Total Fitness

Total Fitness is an all-Ukrainian network of fitness clubs, we currently have 17 clubs in different cities of Ukraine and are actively expanding!

We are looking for an active HR who combines a strategic vision and a systematic approach with a warm human attitude towards the team.

You will continue to develop the HR process of the network: from adaptation and evaluation to the implementation of motivational programs.

Main tasks:

• Close vacancies: line managers, administrative staff (independently or in cooperation with a recruiter).
• Conduct personnel training: launch of developed programs, adaptation to feedback, implementation of updates.
• Support developed HR processes in the company.
• Maintain database, reporting and maintain high-quality HR communication between clubs.

Our candidate:

• Has 2+ years of experience in HR (recruiting, adaptation, conducting training).
• Owns Google Workspace, knows how to work with reports and communication in an online format.
• Able to communicate with people from different backgrounds, make decisions calmly and systematically.
• Looks for real involvement, development, the opportunity to influence processes, and not just monitor them.
