Human resources manager

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Higher education (preferably psychology, economics).
• Experience of working with a similar function.
• The desire to develop in the direction of HR is the main thing!
• Experience in a managerial position in a store will be a plus.
• A confident PC user, 1C 8, Excel (VPR, Summary tables).
• Effectiveness, responsibility, positive attitude :)).
  
  

You will grow and develop, performing the following functionality:

• Selection of personnel for vacancies in PROSTOR stores, fixed region.
• Organization of the internship process and control of personnel adaptation.
• Formation, planning of the personnel reserve.
• Analysis of the labor market, monitoring of salaries.
• Preparation of instructions and training materials.
• Development and holding of thematic webinars, remote courses, trainings.
• Participation in personnel evaluation.
• Preparation of prescribed reports.
• Participation in projects of the Department of Personnel Management.

• Working schedule Mon-Fri from 09-00 to 18-00.
