digital agency, Google Marketing Platform partner, a team that builds strong marketing systems based on data, technology and a healthy culture of interaction.
We are growing, strengthening internal processes and are currently looking for an HR manager - structural and proactive person who will strengthen our team (we are currently 48) and will take over operational HR processes, people support and internal culture development.

Areas of responsibility:
HR Operationsведення HR-документації;
onboarding/offboarding: meetings, adaptation programs;
control of office attendance, working hours and current statuses employees;
coordination of corporate programs: corporate English, Mental Care program, energy supply program;
maintenance of HR-dashboard and key metrics (CPH, TTH, TTF, turnover, etc.);
compensation support, procurement organization, equipment inventory.
People Experience and internal communications
congratulations on birthdays, anniversaries, internal events;
weekly surveys (TurBot): creation of questions and analysis of answers;
organization of corporate events, team building, internal activities;
merch update, work with contractors, logistics and payment control;
forming a positive image of HR in the team: openness, support, dialogue culture.
Recruiting and analytics
participation in technical interviews and formation of offers;
management of the referral program and control of current vacancies;
regular support of the recruiter and analytics of the recruiting process: funnels, conversions, KPI, closing quality.
Employee Journey
regular 1:1, including VT, exit-interview and support for hiring/laying decisions;
supporting managers in conducting review processes;
support of the reservation process (military registration) in the part of HR-status;
participation in strategic HR sessions, team growth planning and HR budget.
Experience required:
1+ years of experience as an HR generalist/HR manager;
strong skills of organization, planning and conducting parallel processes;
recruiting experience;
confident communication and ability to work with feedback;
basic analytics, working with tables/dashboards;
initiative, empathy, attention to detail and a culture of responsibility.
